2. What documents are needed to rent?
When picking up the rental car, you must present a valid driving license held for 1–3 years and a Moldovan ID card. Minimum age — 21 years.
3. What is the deposit?
The deposit is a sum of money held for the duration of the rental. If the car is returned undamaged, the full amount is refunded when the rented car is returned. The deposit amount depends on the car's make.
Payment of the rental fee and deposit is made on the day the rental agreement is signed.
4. What happens in case of an accident?
If the car is involved in a traffic accident during the rental period, you must notify your manager immediately.
5. Renter's obligations
- 1To use the car for its intended purpose, observing technical standards, traffic rules and the terms of the contract.
- 2Not to use the car to transport or tow other vehicles.
- 3Not to drive while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychotropic substances.
- 4To use the car solely within the Republic of Moldova. Travel outside the country or into the Transnistrian region is allowed only with prior notice to and the agreement of the Lessor.
- 5To return the car at the end of the contract in the same condition in which it was handed over, allowing for normal wear and tear.
- 6Not to use the car as a taxi or for driving lessons.
- 7Not to take part in races, sporting competitions or tests.
- 8Not to exceed the maximum permitted speed — 90 km/h in built-up areas and 130 km/h outside them (at your own risk). If the 130 km/h limit is exceeded three times, the Lessor may terminate the contract unilaterally without refunding the rental amount paid.
- 9Not to hand the rented car over to third parties for use, whether for payment or free of charge.
